Life coaching provides a resourceful partnership which assists you to discover your purpose, affirm your values, and align your daily life with what’s most important to you. There are many starting points for life coaching; here are two:
A focus on your Life Purpose invites you to come home to yourself – to celebrate your gifts, discover what makes your heart sing, reflect on your life experience, and identify where you are being drawn or called to next. The benefits are many:
Naming our purpose puts us in touch with our special way of being in the world. It offers awareness of the unique gift we bring into relationship with everyone and everything.
Living on purpose lifts us out of life on automatic. We create the opportunity to connect our being and our doing.
Awareness of one’s purpose is an effective antidote for “overwhelm”. The integrity of meaningful living protects us from burnout. We discover the capacity to live in a busy, unpredictable life without losing ourselves.
In times of transition, we may revisit our purpose in order to choose a new way of expressing it – a new mission – for a new season of our life.
As your Life Coach, I offer the resources to help you discover what you didn’t know you knew, and the coaching to enable you to move forward on the path you choose.
Picture life the way you intend to live it someday. Not the life that’s dependent on winning the lottery; the life that’s simply dependent on getting one’s ducks in a row.
Perhaps your energy is being drained by situations you’ve put up with for so long that you’ve grown used to them, and they seem normal, but they don’t need to be.
Perhaps you’re really missing parts of your life, while other parts have overgrown their fair share, and you’re ready to create some balance.
Perhaps there’s clutter in your life, visible and invisible, that has blocked your view of a way forward.
You can create a daily life that is less difficult, and reflects what is dear to your heart. As your coach, I’m your partner and resource as you assess your reality, clarify your goals, brainstorm options, acknowledge obstacles, identify support, choose an action, experiment with the change, and evaluate, refine, and succeed.

If you can see your path laid out in front of you step by step, you know it's not your path. Your own path you make with every step you take.
That's why it's your path.
